1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Sovereign Axis LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our consulting services. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

Sovereign Axis LLC provides professional consulting services in the following areas:

  • Personal Sovereignty Coaching: Individual coaching sessions focused on personal development, boundary-setting, and self-leadership development.
  • Leadership Mastery Program: Comprehensive training programs designed to enhance leadership capabilities, strategic thinking, and executive presence.
  • Digital Privacy & Asset Protection Consulting: Strategic guidance on privacy protection, digital security, and asset structuring strategies.

Services are provided based on mutual agreement, and specific deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. Service Engagement and Fees

3.1 Engagement Process

To engage our services, clients must contact us at info@sovereignaxis.org. Following initial consultation, we will provide a detailed proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.

3.2 Fees and Payment

All fees will be clearly stated in the service agreement. Payment terms typically include:

  • Initial deposit or full payment before service commencement
  • Payment via wire transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods
  • All fees are quoted in US Dollars (USD)
  • Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the service agreement

3.3 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of professional consulting services:

  • Deposits are generally non-refundable once services have commenced
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service commencement
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 30 business days
  • Refunds are made at the sole discretion of Sovereign Axis LLC

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
  • Attend scheduled sessions and meetings as agreed
  • Provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Actively participate in the consulting process
  • Respect the professional boundaries of consultants and staff

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

5.1 Client Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 24 hours advance notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of that session.

5.2 Company Cancellations

In the event we must cancel a session, we will provide as much advance notice as possible and work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information, discussions, and materials shared during our engagement. However, we reserve the right to disclose information when:

  • Required by law or legal process
  • Necessary to protect our legal rights
  • Client poses a danger to themselves or others
  • Client provides written consent for disclosure

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Company Materials

All materials, methodologies, frameworks, and content provided by Sovereign Axis LLC remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal development purposes only.

7.2 Client Information

Clients retain all rights to information and materials they provide to us.

8. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: Our consulting services are provided for educational and advisory purposes. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Sovereign Axis LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question
  • We are not responsible for decisions made by clients based on our advice or guidance
  • Clients are solely responsible for implementation of any strategies or recommendations

9. No Professional Relationship

Our services do not constitute:

  • Legal advice (we are not attorneys)
  • Financial or investment advice (we are not financial advisors)
  • Medical or mental health treatment (we are not therapists or healthcare providers)
  • Accounting or tax advice (we are not CPAs or tax professionals)

Clients should seek appropriate licensed professionals for such services.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Specific results or outcomes
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service delivery
  • Accuracy or completeness of information provided

11. Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sovereign Axis LLC, its officers, employees, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Client's use or misuse of our services
  • Client's violation of these Terms
  • Client's violation of any third-party rights

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the consulting relationship with written notice. Upon termination:

  • Client remains responsible for payment of all services rendered
  • Company will deliver any outstanding deliverables for paid services
  • Confidentiality obligations continue beyond termination
  • Prepaid fees for undelivered services may be refunded at Company's discretion

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Natrona County, Wyoming.

13.3 Dispute Resolution

Prior to initiating any legal action, parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, parties agree to mediation before pursuing litigation.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any service agreements or proposals, constitute the entire agreement between Client and Sovereign Axis LLC regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
